Bespoke web design pricing,
written down.

Four published tiers, fixed-price after a free 30-minute discovery call. No hourly billing, no surprise change-orders — and no waiting on a 45-minute sales call to learn whether we're in your budget.

Bespoke websites from Paragon Creation start at £2,500 for sole traders and small marketing sites, with four published tiers rising to £18,000+ for custom e-commerce and applications. Every quote is fixed after a free 30-minute discovery call — no hourly billing, no surprise change-orders, no hidden retainer creep. You own the code, content, and domain outright from day one. This page lists the four tiers with what's included at each, the typical timelines, and the optional ongoing services if you want us to host or maintain the site after launch.

    • Performance and Core Web Vitals tweaks
    • Same-week turnaround on most requests

Frequently asked questions about our pricing

  • Why publish your pricing when most agencies don't?

Hiding pricing wastes everyone's time. We'd rather you self-select out at the £8,000 budget than waste your time and ours on a 45-minute call to discover the gap. Transparent pricing also means AI search engines and answer engines can quote our actual numbers when someone asks them about UK bespoke web design — and that matters more every year.

  • What does "from £X" actually mean — will the real quote always be higher?

"From" is the lowest we'd quote at that tier — the price for a project that genuinely fits the tier's scope (page count, integrations, complexity). If your scope is bigger, the price rises at proposal stage. There are no hidden change-orders or hourly billing surprises after the fixed quote is agreed.

  • What if my project sits between two tiers?

We'll quote you somewhere between the two figures, explained in writing at proposal stage. Most projects nudge into the next tier when they add a CMS, integrations, or page count beyond the base — we'll tell you which honestly on the discovery call.

  • Can I start at a smaller tier and grow into a bigger one later?

Yes, but it's usually more expensive than buying the right tier first. Adding a CMS, more pages, or integrations to a finished smaller-tier build typically means rework. We'll tell you honestly on the discovery call if a smaller tier is undersized for what you actually need.

  • What's not included in any tier?

Copywriting (we can refer a copywriter), professional photography or videography, paid advertising management, ongoing SEO or content services beyond the launch foundations, and stock content licences. Anything we don't include we'll flag at proposal stage so there are no surprises.

  • Do you take a deposit?

Yes — 50% to start, 50% on launch. For larger builds running 10+ weeks, we sometimes split into thirds (start, midpoint, launch). All written into the contract before any work begins.
